→ Massage

Whether you’re looking for injury rehabilitation or prevention OR serious relaxation or tension release, we have a service that can help. Let us know what you’re wanting help with and we can give you a recommendation.

Deep Tissue/Sports/Injury

Sports massage is geared toward individuals involved in physical activities that demand physical endurance, such as running, weightlifting, aerobics, biking, swimming, etc. This type of massage can be easily adapted to address common injuries that can affect an athlete’s performance. Many different manual manipulation techniques may be used during a session: broad cross-fiber friction, compression with active engagement, trigger point work, active muscle lengthening, and reciprocal inhibition, and more.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM) is a profound technique to help increase the body’s flow of lymph by stimulating the lymphatic filtration systems. This increased circulation of lymphatic fluid assists in detoxifying the body and supports health through a stronger immune system.

LDM has been proven helpful for clients suffering from lack of energy, depressed immune response, chronic fatigue, frequent colds and flu, skin disorders, digestive issues, edema (swelling), cellulite, and more.

Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop Therapy Massage involves the amazing power of essential oils, which are dispensed in small, rain-like drops about six inches above the body. This technique is combined with a variety of others including basic massage, Vita Flex massage, and heat application. Raindrop Therapy is designed to bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment. The use of essential oils helps dispose of toxins and viruses lying dormant within the spinal column. They also stimulate the nerves and the re-growth of tissue.

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (swelling).

In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension — which aids in better sleep — and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

Cupping is an ancient Chinese method where a partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues, releasing toxins, activating the lymphatic system, cleaning colon blockages, minimizing stretch marks, and clearing the veins, arteries, and capillaries.

→ Hydro-Colon Therapy

A healthy, functioning colon is one the most important steps in maintaining vibrant health.

Hydro-Colon Therapy may provide relief if you suffer from one or more of the following:

  • Constipation
  • Headaches
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Asthma
  • Bad Breath
  • Skin Problems
  • Fatigue
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Irritability
  • Depression
  • Prostate Trouble
  • Parasites
  • Excess Weight or Obesity
  • Backaches
  • Insomnia
  • Colds
  • Menstrual Problems

What is Hydro-Colon Therapy?

Hydro-Colon Therapy is a safe, gentle infusion of warm filtered water into the rectum using no chemicals or drugs. This is a restorative, painless procedure that is relaxing and effective. The client lies comfortably on a custom treatment table and the therapist gently inserts a small speculum into the rectum. The therapist then monitors the temperature and pressure of the water infused into and out of the colon without any assistance on the part of the client. The method creates a closed system in which waste materials is eliminated through the instrument and out the drain line, avoiding any unpleasant odor and maintaining the dignity of the client.

Why Hydro-Colon Therapy?

A healthy colon is essential to a healthy body. Conventional diets comprised of refined, processed foods, high in saturated fats and low in fiber contribute to many problems associated with the large intestine (colon). If not eliminated, undigested food materials and other waste products can remain stagnant in the colon, resulting in bacteria and toxin build-up.

→ Ozone Sauna

An Ozone Sauna is a special steam sauna where ozone (activated oxygen) is released into the space to be absorbed through the skin of the occupant.

Thousands of man-made chemicals in your environment make their way into your food, water, and air. No matter how pure your diet or lifestyle, your body contains traces of these chemicals (pesticides, drugs, solvents, and dioxins) and the best way to get rid of them is by sweating. On average, your endocrine gland works hard all day to release and a quart of sweat. You release twice that much in just one 30 minute sauna session!

The combination of steam and ozone is a natural, effective way to promote well-being. It’s a pleasant and easy way of cleansing and detoxifying your body with many benefits.

→ Foot Reflexology

Each organ in the body is directly connected to 4,200 reflex points in the feet. By stimulating these points with manual pressure or “finger walking”, a connection is made to the specific organs, glands, and other systems. Many benefits can be expected, including stress reduction, sinus and headache alleviation, more actively functioning body systems, and an overall feeling of well being.

Reflexology is a non-invasic, clothes-on treatment that is relaxing and refreshing. A general treatment includes a hot salt soak and exfoliation of the feet and a paraffin treatment on the hands.

→ Ionic Cellular Footspa

Our bodies are constantly exposed to unhealthy levels of pollution in our everyday lives, such as air pollution, over chlorinated and fluoridated water, rancid food, antibiotics from direct and indirect sources, and more.

Our bodies become overloaded with toxic residue build-up and lose their ability to cleanse internally. As a result, the body’s cells can’t work at peak efficiency, setting off a domino effect for physical ailments and potential health problems.

How it Works

The Ionic Cellular Cleanse Therapy is based on bioenergetics technology, creating energy fields similar to the energy produced by the human body. This field stimulates cellular energy and enhances the body’s ability to internally cleanse itself naturally, at an increased rate, restoring and normalizing the body’s correct pH balance and energy levels.

Note: People with PaceMakers cannot use the Ionic Footspa.
